OPERATION

The WLC-1 Level Controller will automatically cycle your pump to keep your tank filled. (or empty if that’s how you set a circuit board jumper) In filling mode, when the liquid level drops to the bottom float switch, the Controller turns on your pump to fill the tank. When the liquid level rises to the high level float, the WLC-1 shuts off your pump. The cycle repeats automatically as needed to properly maintain your liquid level.

Alternatively, the WLC-1 can be set up as a “full tank” alarm to produce a high level alarm at the wireless receiver.  When an operator presses the “silence buzzer” button on the receiver, the LED continues to flash to indicate the level is still high.  When the level drops below the lower float, a different wireless signal is sent to reset the receiver and stop the LED from flashing. Receiver can also be reset manually using the toggle switch.

The audio buzzer has a silence button that with a 30 minute snooze alarm if desired so the alarm won’t be forgotten.

INSTALLATION

The WLC-1 Level Controller has a piggyback plug so you can plug your pump in directly.

If controlling level with a solenoid valve, we can supply a solenoid valve already wired to the level controller as an option.

MODELS

Polypropylene  and Stainless Steel models have stacked floats spaced 1 inch apart.

Kynar models do not have stacked floats but an individual float switch in two separate PVDF pipes that can be individually adjusted.

The “high level” float pipe is 8 inches by default.  The depth of the low pipe is specified in the part number as in the chart below.  If you need a different “high level” length, simply leave a note in product notes field when ordering.
