C-CHANNEL MOUNT
This customer has a C-channel bus bar for their work. We fabricated a 3D printed bracket to fit the bar exactly. It slips onto the channel snugly with no clamps or screws. The electrical contact is made with a battery clamp to the anode bar.

I-BEAM MOUNT
Another idea for the optimal bus bar, this time two c-channels opposed to form an I-beam. We fabricated a bracket to fit the assembly. Electrical contact is made with a battery clamp and cable.

“I-BEAM” MOUNT
This current density gauge needed some modification to mount on an I-beam. We fabricated a bracket that slips over the I-beam easily for quick mounting. This customer preferred that the electrical connection to the anode bar is made with a spring clip. This clip attaches to the CDG at the threaded stud on the “enclosure” side of the spline.
