OPERATION
Semi-automatic pushbutton tank fill device fills tanks by pressing a button. The solenoid valve opens and fills your tank to the float switch. This way, an operator isn’t tied to standing by the tank while if fills. Included emergency high level float switch prevents overfilling of tanks. If the level reaches this emergency float, the buzzer sounds and LED flashes, and there is a redundant valve shutoff.
INSTALLATION
The depth of the fill point is adjustable by hand by loosening the thumbscrew and sliding the pipe to the appropriate depth.
The preferred configuration is to have the solenoid pre-wired to the electronics enclosure. We stock a couple of different brands.
CONSTRUCTION
Polypropylene pipe and float switch is suitable for most chemicals. 
There are two float switches: one turns off the solenoid valve when the tank is filled, the high float switch is an emergency shutoff and alarm. The float switches are protected inside our unique float guard that eliminates the cause of most float failures.
SOLENOID VALVE
Each pushbutton tank fill is pre-wired to a solenoid valve to make installation easy. We stock ASCO “Red Hat” brand and also US Solid. The valves are pre-wired to the unit with 10 ft SJOOW (rubber-jacketed) cord to make installation easy. Select valve size when ordering below.
