Custom Level Controllers are not needed for the operating logic, but which works perfectly well, but physical characteristics like the mounting on tanks, the enclosure, and connections can all be changed.
CAPACITANCE LEVEL CONTROLLER
This level controller is for dirty fouling liquids where float switches won’t work. This version is made from 316 stainless steel pipes. The demonstration is with water but it is for very difficult liquids. See our video where we test it sensing paint.

CUSTOM LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM
This system automatically regulates the level in tank 1. If there is a low level it shut off the emptying pump. In addition, there is a pH control system as well. If any of the parameters get out-of-bounds, a text message and email is sent identifying the problem with the system.
This system is oily sluldgy waste water where float switches would not be reliable. Therefore, capacitance sensors were used.

CUSTOM TANK FILLING SYSTEM
We also do custom tank-filling systems that involve different tanks doing different things. Because we use custom definite-purpose printed circuit boards to do the work that don’t require programming each job, we can alway beat electrical contractors on price, delivery time, and reliability.
This system pictured left was to fill a reserve tank (5000gal) only at times when water was not being used by the process. The incumbent solution was to use timers to divert flow during down periods. Our solution was to draw water from the Primary storage tanks at all times water was available – a much better solution because it fills the reserve tank during the day as well!

ZERO DEPTH CUSTOM LEVEL CONTROLLER
Custom mounting plate elevates the pipe mounting point which allows adjustment of the float switches to achieve a depth of zero. (so the liquid level can be right at the tank rim)
The working depths range from 5 to 7 inches. The intended range that the level is to be controlled is within 1/2 inch.
