Components

These are the components that make our products better. Sometimes however they may get lost or damaged or wear out.

Volume muffler reduces the ouptut volume from our buzzers by up to 20 dB, and is adjustable simply by rotating the slots.

Replacement buzzer. The buzzers we use are the Floyd Bell Turbo” series. However our diaphragm is corrosion resistant 316 stainless, so these are not the same as the stock Floyd Bell Turbo. Also, ours have thinner lead wires for easier wiring. (22AWG) Our standard tone is the Slow Warble.

Alternate tone buzzers can be swapped in for the standard buzzers. There are many tones to choose from. Hear the variety of tones here.

The buzzers we offer are not the same as the ones on Floyd Bell’s website. Ours have a stainless steel diaphragm for maximum corrosion resistance.

Replacement lens in red color. Polycarbonate.

LED bulb. Flashing 9 element bulb is visible in daylight. Red color LEDs. Consumes an average of 25mA. T10 socket mount.

Thumbscrew with 316 stainless steel thread and phenolic molded head for maximum corrosion resistance. These are custom made for Gizmo and are not available on the open market. Thread is M8 x 1.25 mm.

Tall form drum plug. Drilled with a hole(s) to accept ¾” pipe, (this is nominal trade size – not actual diameter which is 27 mm) Plugs with no holes allows you to drill your own holes. The taller plugs have 35 mm of solid polyethylene which allows a perpendicular thumbscrew to clear the top of the drum bung comfortably. Thumbscrew included with P1 and P2.

Mushroom style lens to fit our 22 mm pushbuttons. If your old one came loose, try to adhere the replacement with silicone sealant.

[PBL-M] $1

Silicone seal kit for the flush or extended pushbuttons improves the sealing to IP68. (submersible) Price includes the necessary extended lens. (green by default)

Lithium battery with 10 year shelf life. Capacity 1000m A-hr Lithium Manganese Dioxide chemistry produces 9.6V when new. This is our standard battery. more battery information.
